Please note that as a business, the Health and Well Being of our customers and staff is at the forefront of all our decisions and procedures during these uncertain times.
Boutique Balloons have consulted extensively with South Ayrshire Council Trading Standards regarding trading during this time.

We have been advised that as per Regulation 4(2) of The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 we can carry on our business by making deliveries on orders received by website, telephone and post.
We have also been advised to ensure absolute conformity regarding the public health guidance that the Scottish Government have issued in relation to social distancing rules in this regards - All payments must be made remotely, deliveries left at peoples addresses and no contact within the recommended 2m distance.
We are going above and beyond to ensure all employees abide by these guidelines and operate under the highest levels of hygiene at all times & staff temperatures are checked twice daily.

We have switched to online orders only with a limited offering of products.
Delivery
As per the written guidance received from South Ayrshire Council Trading Standards Boutique Balloons are permitted to trade offering strictly contactless delivery only.
We are operating under the highest levels of hygiene at all times, staff temperatures are checked twice daily and where possible balloon orders are made 24h before delivery and transported in a specialist single use delivery bag which is only opened at the customers front door to remove the item and the bag removed.

Stock Restrictions
With the current climate across the globe, international suppliers are struggling to work within the restrictions put in place. Whilst we're working to ensure your products are exactly as advertised, there may be cases where very small amendments are made to the bunch, or the balloon, that you receive. Changes to the style of the item will only be made if the Boutique Balloons Creative Team are happy with the overall look and feel of the item and that it matches as close as possible to the one ordered. If there are any changes that need to be made to your order which completely change the aesthetic of the item ordered our Online Team will contact you with alternatives.
